Gluten free is not an easy way to cook and I don’t bother these days. Especially when I can buy most things gluten free locally now.

Speaking of chocolate … delete this comment after you read it Diane, but I heard today about how New York City is handling their rat problem. Someone discovered that rats love crumbled-up Oreo cookies and sunflower seeds. They cannot resist the Oreos (another chocolate lover) and they love sunflower seeds, so they dash over and the City has these “techno” traps that fall over them and they’re caught.
