I love these cookies from Subway! I also like the white chocolate Lemon ones from Firehouse Subs. I wonder if I could just leave out the nuts and add some lemon flavoring. I am not sure, but somehow I got unsubscribed to your blog. I noticed yesterday when I was at the library to print out some of your recipes. In any case, I’m back. 🙂 Thanks for these great recipes. WHAT! Why in the world did you get unsubscribed, goofy WP! I’m so glad you got me back! We don’t have a Firehouse Sub here, but now I wish we did as I love lemon and white chocolate. Betty you made my day and make all the work I do worth it with this comment. I am posting cookies/Christmas candy everyday until almost Christmas, then back to regular food. Also, if you google “copycat white chocolate chip lemon cookies” you will find some recipes. I just googled it and Firehouse calls them Lemon cooler cookies. When you google it you will see a bunch of recipes to pick from, I hope this helps.

These are so good, but Macadamia nuts are hard to come by here.
And SO expensive! I only make these at Christmas so I break down and buy them. My Christmas gift to me! Lol

I’ve never had the Subway cookies, but my mom did the chocolate version with the white Macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips. These look so good.
