Thank you! It was fun but it took an hour to cut everything up and put together. It was a big tray and everything was eaten before dinner! I was going to make a Christmas tree with vegetables but instead asked somebody else to bring the vegetables, hour saved for everything else I need to do. I was going to cut thin green pepper strips and use them as the outline for the tree and fill in from there.
I bet ! It looked so intricate. The idea with the Christmas tree is genius!! I am happy for you to get the hour back, but still very cool idea!
