No Knead Cheese & Bacon Beer Bread

I took my favorite Beer Bread and added Cheese and Bacon. This is the easiest bread you will ever make. Add all the ingredients to a bowl, stir with a spoon, pour the mixture into your bread pan and bake, that’s it! Of course we slathered butter on each piece while it was still warm and it was so delicious!!!

Melt the butter in a bowl and set aside to cool.

Spray a bread pan with cooking oil.

Add all the ingredients to a large bowl except

for the beer, butter and the 1/4 cup of cheese.

Stir well with a wooden spoon.

Pour the beer into the bowl.

Stir just until everything is wet

and combined but do not over stir.

Pour the mixture into the prepared

bread pan spreading it out evenly.

Drizzle the cooled butter over the dough.

Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of cheese.

Bake in a preheated 375º oven for 50 minutes or

until golden brown. Remove from the pan

and place on a rack to cool.

  1. That bread was bathing in butter! I can only imagine how yummy it tasted when freshly warm and out of the oven! 😋

  2. Oh my …. 😲! This will be a definite winner in our house! And no need to go to the shop to buy the ingredients – we’ve got everything (let me just quickly go and hide one beer)!

    • The beer is used as the yeast in the bread. There is no alcohol taste or affect from the beer, only flavor and lots of bubbles. It is so simple, moist and trust me when I say delicious!
