Spaghetti Cordon Bleu

Spaghetti Cordon Bleu is made with a sauce, two kinds of cheese, ham, chicken, bacon and seasonings then tossed in spaghetti. All of my meat was leftovers and from the freezer making this even easier. This is made completely on top of the stove and we absolutely loved it!

Cook the spaghetti according to

the package directions then drain.

In a large pot add the evaporated milk.

Heat until hot over medium low heat.

Add the cooked spaghetti and toss.

Add the onion powder, garlic powder,

salt and pepper then toss.

In a large skillet add the butter and melt over

medium heat. Add the cooked chicken, ham

and bacon, heating just until hot.

Add the cream cheese and Swiss cheese.

Toss until the cheese is melted.

Pour the meat into the spaghetti pot.

Toss well.

Garnish with parsley and serve.

  1. Big bonus points for you on this one for shopping the ingredients in your freezer! I know I always feel so virtuous when I actually use these things in the manner I intended when I popped them in the freezer!

  2. Oh Diane, how delicious this must be 😋 … and I couldn’t have asked for an easier recipe. Thanks, we are going to try this – perfect for a quick lunch!

  3. I think it would be worth the effort to think ahead and fix extras of those meats when making other meals, just for the convenience of having the meats already prepared. It looks yummy!

    • I actually do. We cook 2#’s of bacon at a time for the freezer, my husband won’t eat plain ham so I buy one and eat it for a few days then freeze it in 2 cup packages and my chicken is Sam’s Club rotisserie chicken that I freeze in sections. I eat the dark meat for lunches and the breasts for meals like this. Thank you Linda!
