Easy Ice Cream Sandwich Cake
I have been getting so many views on this delicious Ice Cream Sandwich Cake so I figured I would share it again. This is perfect for a Fourth of July picnic! A quick, easy and layered frozen dessert that you can make ahead of time and keep in the freezer. Made with ice cream sandwiches, cool whip, chocolate syrup, caramel syrup and crushed candy two layers thick!

Well, I’m so behind that Fourth of July is now a distant memory, but it would have been a wonderful addition to the Independence Day spread. Did you read about the campaign by Heinz to make the wieners and hog dog bun packages be the same size. I always wondered about that too. They launched the campaign after thinking about the dilemma over the 4th of July. Brilliant this should have been done decades ago!
It never made any sense to me and face it … hot dog buns are a little boring to use as bread and the whole-grain buns are always dry.
