I adore a big breakfast. Never thought of this one though. Looks good and has all the ingredients I love!!!

Since I’m no where near recovered from surgery big meals have been scarce around here. I haven’t been eating much and my hubby has been fixing his own meals. The grandkids are here so I bought flatbread and let everyone make their own regular pizza for a new post. It helped me out and they thought it was the best thing ever making their own personal pizza. Tomorrow hubby is cooking. I am so over this recovery! Doc says 6 more weeks…ugh!

My mom made this decades ago and I have made it ever since. I don’t know where she got it from but she made it for a brunch the first time I had it. Me, I love it for supper…lol
