Pot Stickers With Sauce

Pot Stickers are a wonton wrapper filled with a pork mixture, boiled, browned in a skillet and drizzled with a delicious homemade sauce. I donโ€™t know if it is the wonton wrapper, the filling or the sauce that I love the most, I really think it is the combination of all three together. I completely updated this recipe to make it easier to follow.

  1. You’re so smart, Diane, and that looks so yummy! BTW, I made the Slow Cooked Corned Beef—yummy! ๐Ÿ˜Š

    • Thanks Mitzy! I could eat these every week. I had to do an overhaul on the recipe steps with pictures. It was one of my first recipes I had posted and it was awful. Itโ€™s amazing how much we learn as time goes by. So glad you liked the corned beef. I am going to make the corned beef casserole again next week. Have a great weekend! ๐Ÿ’•

    • Thank you Bernadette! They are easy but time consuming. Then my husband took them out of the freezer to get to something underneath them and forgot to put them back…ALL ruined!

  2. I haven’t made such dumplings yet. Thanks for the recipe. You will always find something interesting to do.
    greetings

  3. That looks so delicious, Diane! The combination of ginger and green onion is always a winner and with pork too. I love that you boil them first before lightly frying them. And the homemade sauce sounds great.

  4. Thanks for the recipe – I love these and have never attempted to make them before… You have given me a reason to try!

  5. Hmm – I’ve never tried these and it’s been ages since I had Chinese food and that might have been my mom’s Chop Suey that she made once a year. Not her favorite I think. ๐Ÿ™‚
