A Tortilla stuffed full of Cajun Shrimp & Rice with green onions, tomatoes and seasonings. I can’t figure out if this tasted better hot or cold, it was great both ways! This would be a wonderful lunch or snack but we made it a meal.

  1. That looks very delicious and very filling! Shrimp is a treat for me that I have once in a while rather than often and we do have Cajun seasoning in our cupboard. So I may just try this!

  2. Hmmm… You know, there are just some things that my senses think would be good. Saturday evening I cooked a huge pork steak did not set to well. I had bought it earlier last week but decided to eat something else. I put it back in the freezer then thawed it again. Then, I brought home ribs which was going to take two days to eat. I put the pork stead back in the freezer. Saturday I thawed it out and ate the whole thing. Sunday at 5 PM I started feeling the effects. IT was not a good thing… At one point, death would have been an option. LOL! My taste buds have not been the same since and nothing looks good. That has only happened a few times a few times in my life and I am feeling fine now… Normally, I am not a big fan of chicken noodle soup, but that’s what everyone seems to say to eat after you have had a bout of “you know what.” I ate abut a half a can, mainly drank the broth. Yesterday I went to the Chinese restaurant and bought egg drop soup. MUCH BETTER! You can certainly edit or even not approve this comment…. You are the only person who knows. 🙂 I just saw the photo on your post and my stomach said, “Don’t even think about it!”

  3. I know I would like it both ways – you know how I have commented in the past how I like leftovers on a sandwich. This looks spicy and yummy – a variation that would be just perfect for Cinco de Mayo dinner!
