Creamy and full of fruit, this Banana Split Cake is made similar to a Banana Split made with ice cream. A delicious graham cracker crust topped with cream cheese, banana, pineapple, strawberries and Cool Whip (or whipped cream). Garnished with peanuts, maraschino cherries and chocolate syrup to make this dessert taste as delicious as it looks.

    • Thank you! Oh yum that sounds good too. I made a cinnamon cake for the grandkids and hubby last weekend. I don’t think I have ever had a bad cake of any kind! 😂😂🤣

  1. I am actually going to put a reminder in my calendar for June when our strawberries are ready. This looks so amazing, I know the kids will love it.

      • We have a dairy about a mile away. The actual farm is about 30 miles away and they truck in all the milk every morning. They have a little store where you can buy the ice cream in gallon containers, but the big draw, all year around, is the little store out back where they make triple scoop cones. 🙂

      • A “like” for the ice cream place which has been in this City since 1946. Their eggnog you can stand a spoon in it and their strawberry milk tastes like a milkshake. There is talk they will move to a new location and people are sick about that when I read comments on social media lately. That’s a lot of snow – no wonder the roads were closed and your appointment was cancelled. We had the 8 inches of snow Monday night and the drifts were about a foot high. Early tomorrow and through the day, another 2-4 inches. I was worn out from the shoveling and had to finish off the backyard at the side of the house where it was a foot high this morning. I am no fan of Winter.

      • I did it in the morning, for the front and side to the door, but had to finish the rest of the side and back patio yesterday morning. It was just too much, but the worse was the drifts which were over a foot. We had snow earlier this night – more to shovel tomorrow morning. Winter has gotten very old!
