Pork Chops seasoned, browned then baked in the oven for a moist & delicious meat for your meal. Use your favorite seasoning, garlic, salt & pepper. I use different herbs each time I make these, for a different taste every time. This time I used Italian seasonings.

Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for about 10 – 15 minutes

or until the thickest part is between 140 – 145 degrees. There

should be no pink remaining, however, do not over bake or

they will be dry. Remove from the oven and

let sit for 5 minutes then serve.

  1. Those would be good with mash potatoes! It’s only 8:00 am and you have my stomach growling! Thanks Diane! The grandkids are scrambling into clothes, zoom school starts soon, and the little ones go to day care! I’m headed out for a much needed 5 mile hike! Hope all is well with you. C

    • It sounds like a well deserved 5 mile hike! Just got back from basketball practice for my granddaughter. They are still in school so I get 7 hours break a day. At my age it really helps…lol

  2. This looks so good – and easy! I will be buying pork chops on our next trip to Aldi’s. Thanks for the tip about over baking. My pork chops seem to always be dry. I guess I have always erred on the side of making sure the pork was thoroughly cooked. Live and Learn! Thanks, and Enjoy your day!

  3. I really like this recipe and like the idea of buying my own pork loin and cutting it for chops. I also enjoy preparing a lot of recipes in the air fryer.

    • I wait for the boneless pork loin to go on sale, cut it into 1” pork chops and freeze into whatever amount you use for your family. It’s actually cheaper than buying regular pork chops. I get a lot of meals out of one pork loin.
