Christmas Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
I love this recipe because the cookies are so delicious,
easy and they don’t take very long to make.
Oatmeal Cookies are amazing when adding the chocolate chips.
This is the 11th cookie recipe of about 15 that I will be posting.

What do you do with all these cookies Diane?
Since my family won’t be visiting for Christmas I will be making up many trays and then there is the grandkids still sheltering in place with us…lol I freeze them until I give them away and what’s left will stay frozen so only a few can be taken out at a time. The grandkids walk in from school everyday asking if I started making them yet…haha I just hope they don’t see them in the garage freezer.

They are are going to be here quite a while. My daughter is not taking the vaccine. My husband will be able to get it soon since he works for the hospital but it may be May before I can. After we both get the vaccine they can go back home. I had forgotten how busy things are with kids especially at the holidays..lol Looking forward to January when things slow down a bit.

Wow my daughter just told me she changed her mind and is going to get the vaccine. Kids will go home Feb. 1st but we will still have them every Thursday night through Sunday night as she will be working Friday, Saturday and Sunday 12 hour shifts.
