This recipe tastes just like Subways White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies.

This is a wonderful combination and one of my favorite cookies.

This is the 10th cookie recipe of about 15 that I will be posting.

      • That is a nice compliment. I follow a woman photographer on Facebook. She is from Michigan and I have used her photos from Pixabay on my blog. She is really into making Christmas cookies and taking photos of them. They are gorgeous and she uses something called Royal Icing. It looks pretty painstaking, but they really look good and photograph well. These were some of them … I think sugar cookies or cookies with icing are festive, but they often taste plain. I like something that tastes good – none of these are chocolate. If you’re on Facebook these two links will take you to Jill’s photos:

      • OMG she is as amazing a baker as she is a photographer! Thank you for giving me the links. I have made cookies with royal frosting with my granddaughter for Valentines Day and they are so much fun. She had a blast!

      • Yes she did and does that every year … I have used her Christmas photos in blog posts in the past, so finally followed her on Facebook when I learned she lived here in Michigan.
The royal frosting cookies did look great and she said the reindeer were upside down gingerbread men.. She’s big on macarons … she usually makes a macaron Christmas tree, but didn’t this year – she showed last year’s yesterday. Here’s the link in case you decide to make it in your spare time (that you don’t have).
