Christmas Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies
Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies are similar to the chocolate No Bake Cookies only without the chocolate. They are full of peanut butter and oats, cooked on top of the stove then dropped onto waxed paper to cool. These are easy enough for a beginner cook and perfect for Christmas. This is the 9th cookie recipe of about 15 that I will be posting.

Not yet all my Christmas cookies get frozen until Christmas Eve. I have multiple cookie trays to make and whatever is left after Christmas they can have. This is making them crazy…lol I’m trying to make them while they are in school so I don’t torture them with the smell and half of them don’t disappear…lol

Did I tell you my granddaughter googled if he was real? I made her Face Time her mom and the cat’s out of the bag. So sad but I still have my grandson.

This sounds so good. I told my husband about them and he said he doesn’t like them and he doesn’t think I will because I don’t like oatmeal.
The oatmeal is a totally different consistency. It is more of a filler to hold the cookie together and to me, tastes totally different than oatmeal you would eat in a bowl cooked. I think this would surprise you and even if you don’t like them, give them away.
I’m going to save this recipe to eventually try because I think I might actually like them!! Thanks for sharing.
