You’re welcome and even if it is starting to dry out, this should make it moist and delicious. I like to buy rotisserie chicken and use it for this for a quick meal.
Looks so delicious and hearty on a cool autumn day! Thanksgiving leftovers are the best. And I love the rotisserie chickens too. We have Costco’s here in Canada instead of Sam’s Clubs but the same idea and their chickens are good value for the cost!
I don’t know how they can cook them and sell them for a profit. I think they sell them to get us in there to buy other things! Lol

I still haven’t made this one, but I really want to. I have a turkey in my freezer to cook, but my kids don’t like turkey, except for dark meat, then we fight over it. This sounds perfect to use the white meat, which I usually use for soup. I hope to cook my turkey this week and then I will give it a go.
Let me know how you like it. Most of my cream sauces smoother the pasta but this was a nice light sauce but full of Parmesan flavor. I hope you like it as much as we do.
