  2. I’m so far behind here in Reader, that it’s a good thing I didn’t need this info for roasting a turkey. πŸ™‚ I read a lot of stats on how many people are cooking a turkey for the very first time. I wonder how many got burned or were undercooked?

    • I know they usually put directions on the turkey plastic cover but I always forget to look until I have cut it off of the turkey and have thrown in in the trash…lol You’re welcome Christy and I hoe you had a wonderful day!
