Ground beef cooked with celery and onion. Layered in a casserole dish with prepared stuffing and mushrooms then topped with cream of mushroom soup mixed with milk. Bake for 30 minutes and it is a complete meal. There is so much flavor in this casserole and my husband and I both loved it! This is one of those casseroles that doesn’t have that wow look but it definitely has the wow taste!

  1. That looks good – I love Stove Top stuffing. In fact I was looking for something last week and found a zip loc bag and the rest of the stuffing from Thanksgiving or Easter, I don’t remember, in it. I only make a cup of it with hot water … don’t even dirty a pot, just a cup. Sat and ate it … but a little meat would have been nice. 🙂

  2. If you like challenges, I would ask you to whip up a few dishes which are Vegan.
Many, like me don’t eat meat/fish/dairy and it’s always a treasure to find new and exciting recipes.
    All the best,
    Kate
