This Lasagna Florentine was fabulous. Everyone cleaned their plates, even the grandchildren! It makes a huge 9” x 13” pan, enough to feed 8 people one large piece!

Thank you Linda, it sure surprised me! I made a rhubarb & strawberry pie for Memorial Day and they loved that too! Another shocker…..lol
I love rhubarb and strawberry pie – my mom always made that and also would stew up rhubarb and strawberries to put on ice cream or toast. (More on ice cream.) 🙂
