Ground Chicken that is seasoned & lightly breaded then cooked in a skillet with butter. This amazing chicken patty makes a delicious sandwich or eat it as is. This is my favorite Chicken Patty and tastes as good as it looks!

  1. I did strips like that last night, but these look very tasty, too. Do you grind your own chicken? I have been contemplating the purchase of a meat grinder for a long time, but just haven’t been able to be confident enough to pull the trigger. Would I really use it enough to make it worthwhile to find a place for yet another kitchen toy?

    Virtual hugs,

    Judie
