A Five Minute Breakfast Burrito cooked completely in microwave using leftover cooked meat, scrambled microwaved eggs, cheese, salt and pepper all wrapped up in a tortilla and microwaved to melt the cheese. This turned out better than I could ever have imagined and the grandkids loved them so much I have been making them each one everyday! I made bacon, egg and cheese along with sausage, egg and cheese burritos. They were such a quick, easy and delicious breakfast.

  1. This looks so good! And so way, too. I’ll have to try this for breakfast. I’m getting bored of cereal and oatmeal. 🀣

    • I cook sausage links and freeze them in serving size bags. I do the same with bacon. We have been eating these every day since I thought of them. They are so filling and good. Thanks Michelle❀️

  2. We’ve been making quick breakfasts for a few weeks now. Everyone in my family works from home and due to the time difference they have to work at night. So, the mornings are always a rush and quite late.
I am so going to use this recipe! Thank you!
