  1. Nope. Not looking at it. Lemon Poppyseed is right up there with my Very Moist 7-ingredient Banana Bread – that I do not adulterate with chocolate chips, chunks or carob bits – as my most favourite thing on the planet. Not going to look for the ingredients on my next shop so don’t want to see the recipe and start a craving… darn… just typing about it…. BLAST! πŸ™‚

    • Hi we are quarantined in our house with my two grandkids age 5 & 9. Trying to keep them safe from the virus. Thank you for asking and I hope you and your family are safe as well!❀️

  2. Oh my mom used to make this Diane – so moist and lovely. You changed the font on the print part – or did I just notice?? Are you teaching the grandkids to do simple cooking while they are there with you? My mom never taught me any cooking/baking and said “you can learn it all from a cookbook – don’t worry.” (WRONG!)

    • No I barely have time to do anything. Home schooling these two is taking up all of the morning and part of the afternoon. Then making dinner, dishes, bathes and trying to keep up with my blog after they are in bed at 9:30.pm is about all I can handle…lol Can’t wait for the weekend and Easter vacation! But I have to admit, they have been really good kids. Stay safe!

      • That’s good that they are good kids – otherwise your already busy schedule would really be disastrous. You stay safe too Diane – hope all is going well for your daughter in her nursing duties … an exhausting and trying time for her as well.

  3. Your meals are particularly scrumptious looking these days, as we, on the other hand, sit in the house and stare at our collection of canned goods we bought to get us through some of the current crisis! Ha! Thanks for the inspiration! Please stay safe and well, Diane! <3

    • Thank you Anita! I have 2 of my grandchildren living with me to keep us all safe because my daughter is a nurse at a hospital and right in the thick of this virus! I will probably have them at least 2 months. Boy am I tired by the end of the day. They are 5 & 9. You stay safe and well too!

      • My heart and prayers go out to you and your family, Diane! Bless you for caring for your grandchildren for your daughter so that all are safe, and bless your daughter for all she is doing to care for people during this pandemic! All health professionals are heroes and angels, and deserve our deepest thanks and respect for their sacrifices on behalf of the nation and world!! Best wishes to you and your family, Diane!
