Ramen Noodles With Homemade Sauce
A recipe that is simple and quick using Ramen Noodles that are tossed with a very easy three ingredient homemade sauce. Any cooked vegetables and cooked meat that you may have leftover from another meal can be added as well. The sauce is also great drizzled over chicken or rice.
Ingredients
You can also add 1 cup of your
favorite cooked vegetables along
with chicken, beef or whatever you
want to add for even more flavor.
Boil 4 cups of water in a medium saucepan.
Add the noodles from 2 packs of
Ramen Noodles, discard the packets
or use them for something else.
Using a fork separate the noodles as they
start to cook. Cook until your desired
tenderness, usually 3 – 5 minutes.
Drain well.
Pour noodles back into the pan,
cover to keep warm.
In a small saucepan add the soy sauce,
sesame oil and cornstarch.
Whisk until the cornstarch is dissolved.
Cook over medium heat, stirring
frequently, until thick and bubbly.
Pour the sauce over the noodles.
Add any extra’s like cooked vegetables
or cooked meat. Toss gently but well
so the sauce coats everything.
Serve immediately.

Thank you and I am doing well. Thank you!
Ahh – Ramen Noodles! They have been one of our best “go-to” meals when we don’t know what we are hungry for, since the1980’s. Our mom couldn’t cook but she loved her microwave and Ramen noodles. One Christmas my older sister Mic actually got her a book called 1001 Ramen Noodle recipes and she went and did every single one of them – LOL. Ahh, the memories!! Thanx Diane.
I never knew they had a Ramen Noodle cookbook!!! What a nice memory!
I wish I had this recipe in college! 😅
I bet and the best part is that it tasted as good cold as it did hot!
