15 Minute Baked Italian Shrimp

Shrimp covered in butter, topped with dry Italian dressing mix then baked for 15 minutes in the oven. If you want you can put the shrimp on skewers before baking and serve them that way.

Ingredients

Rinse the shrimp and pat

dry with a paper towel.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover a

baking sheet with foil. Place a stick

of butter in the middle of the pan.

Place the pan into the hot oven

until the butter melts.

Place the shrimp onto the hot pan

in the butter. Turn the shrimp over

coating both sides with the butter.

Sprinkle the shrimp with the

dry Italian seasoning mix.

Place the shrimp into the oven for

15 minutes. Take the shrimp out of

the oven and toss with the butter.

Remove the shrimp with a slotted spoon.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
  • 1# shrimp, with the tail on
  • 1 – .7 oz. packet dry Italian dressing mix

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cover a baking sheet with foil.
  3. Rinse the shrimp and pat dry with a paper towel.
  4. Place the stick of butter onto the center of the baking sheet. Place the baking sheet into the hot oven until the butter melts then remove from the oven.
  5. Immediately put the shrimp onto the hot baking sheet. Turn shrimp over coating both sides with the butter.
  6. Sprinkle the shrimp with the dry Italian dressing mix.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, remove from the oven and toss the shrimp with the butter then remove the shrimp with a slotted spoon serve.

    • Oh heck, that wouldn’t stop me Betsy! Mine won’t eat any seafood unless they are already removed from the shell. Do I still get them, heck yes! He would rather eat a hamburger than a steak so I get all the steak from our side of beef. He said seafood takes too much work to get the food out of the shells and it takes too long to eat a steak. 🤦🏽‍♀️
