Baked Chicken Parmesan Meatballs
These Baked Chicken Parmesan Meatballs have so much flavor we ate them plain. The grandkids ate theirs with BBQ sauce. However, feel free to add them to your favorite dish, with your favorite sauce or eat them right out of the oven like we did.
Ingredients
Line a baking pan with foil.
Using a pastry brush, generously
brush olive oil on top of the foil.
Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl.
Using your hands, mix until combined well.
Roll into 18 even size meatballs.
Brush the meatballs completely with olive oil.
Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven on the middle rack for about 35 minutes or until the meatballs are 160 degrees. Raise the oven rack up one level and turn oven to broil. Broil until the tops are golden brown and the internal temperature of the meatballs is at least 165 degrees then serve.

These look really good!
Thank you Laci I was so pleased with the taste.
Mmmm – and we have 5 lbs if chicken – might change the bread to pork rinds – we did that with thanksgiving stuffing and came out pretty good
Interesting! Did it change the flavor? Let me know how they turn out.
:0 – it was pretty good
Great!!!!!
I love to bake meatballs. I think baking them gives them an excellent texture. I also love that you made these meatballs out of chicken! Chicken is my favorite protein!
Thank you Jeff for your kind words. The seasonings I used turned out so delicious.
Another of your recipes I’ll have to try! I’ve never seen ground chicken in our grocery stores, so I may have to substitute ground turkey. Do you think that would work?
Yes it should be fine. If you have a grinder you could grind your own chicken too. This one was excellent and 4 of us ate all of them.
Sure looks and sounds good. 😊
Thank you!
Sounds simple, easy and yummy, Diane. 😀

Thank you they really were delicious. Even the grandkids loved them.
Rich kitchen .
Thanks!
Never heard of these!
They turned out fantastic. I had ground chicken in the freezer and the grandkids were here so luckily this was a huge success! I think next time I will shape them into patties, that’s what I usually do but decided to try them as meatballs…winner winner chicken dinner!
Awesome!!!
I made deer jerky today! Out of hamburger meat. I’m proud of it! I only used salt, pepper and hot sauce!
Wow I’m impressed!!!! I have never made jerky from ground meat before. I have only used roasts. I wish I had access to venison meat!
Or make a sandwich out of them (if your mouth is wide enough – if not, slice ’em in half) … I told you my grandma’s neighbor always brought down a big pot of spaghetti and meatballs whenever we visited her. I took my meatballs and put them on a cheesy kaiser roll (kaiser rolls are a Canadian treat, and are like a crusty baguette, a hard shell and soft inside and messy to eat and these were cheesy with the hunks of cheddar cheese baked right in … then put the meatballs in between with some tomato sauce – oh such joy for the mouth. 🙂
Yes that would be delicious too. I was actually thinking about making a patty out of them next time. Linda they were so good!
That would work too … we think alike Diane. 🙂
They look so yummy!
They turned out so delicious Robin. I can’t wait to make them again. Thank you!

This looks tasty!
Thank you they really turned out good.
I can’t believe these aren’t a more common thing because they sound delicious and perhaps healthier than typical meatballs! Thanks for sharing !
You’re welcome! Definitely healthier and they were fantastic. I think next time I may even make a patty out of them. Thank you Mackenzie!
Mouthwatering 😋
Thanks so much! I was very happy with how great they tasted.

Very tasty. Chicken meatballs are always a delicacy
Thank you Atul!
you are welcome! 🌹
Oh yum. These look and sound amazing. I am always looking for good ways to add more chicken and turkey into my diet. Pinning this one.
I couldn’t believe how good these were. They freeze well too!
That is great to know, I can make them ahead and have them when the kids come over.
White meets are my favorite. This sort of baking is quite delicious, I admit. This is incredible, Diane. Thanks for sharing. ❤❤
Thank you for your kind words❤️
You’re much welcome ❤💕
I was thinking of making meatballs next week for dinner, my husband loves them. These look great!
Thank you❤️
This is probably weird of me, but I’ve never thought of chicken meatballs, probably because I’ve never bought ground chicken. I have made turkey meatballs, however. I wonder which is healthier: chicken or turkey. Do you happen to know offhand?
You have to try them, they are so good. I believe turkey white meat has slightly less fat and slightly more protein but not enough to really matter. For me turkey is always so dry, I’d rather have chicken.
Good to know! I don’t pay enough attention… :/
