These Hershey’s Deep Dark Chocolate Cookies have chocolate chips in them and taste as good as they look! In other words…..delicious! They are a cookie with that fantastic Hershey flavor so how can you go wrong? This recipe came directly from my Hershey’s Cookbook.

  1. Thank you for your advice on blogging. You see you cook and blog it and more will like recipes rather than buy magazines on it. Mine are historical facts and short stories now too. Bit harder to drive traffic as they call it on such. I like your chocy biscuit recipe too. Sounds I can make them today as Anita on way out to see friends

    • You’re welcome. If you search and follow other bloggers in historical facts and short stories they generally follow you back because it’s the same interest. Then you will really start to build your blogging community. Enjoy those cookies they are delicious!

      • Oh yes – wonderful indeed and I can remember when my mom saw them advertised in a magazine and said “you’ll like these, like a Reeses Peanut Butter cup – see if you can find them next time you go grocery shopping” and you had better believe I made a point of looking for them! I liked them better than the white chocolate chips. Same thing with the Heath brickle bits that are like English toffee chips – my mom used to make “Texas Brickle Cookies” – it was one of my favorites. Big cookies with lots of those brickle bits in them.

      • I am surprised too, but likely had a faster metabolism in those days and was more active as I worked on site, and I used to ride my exercise bike every night (20 miles if no outside work to do) … those were the days weren’t they?

  2. Diane, the only reason I can imagine for someone to refuse these is if it is related to dairy allergies. Otherwise, refusal seems to be unlikely.

  3. Iím amazed, I must say. Rarely do I come across a blog thatís equally educative and entertaining, and let me tell you, you’ve hit the nail on the head. The issue is something not enough men and women are speaking intelligently about. I’m very happy I found this during my hunt for something regarding this.

  4. The very next time I read a blog, I hope that it does not fail me just as much as this one. I mean, Yes, it was my choice to read, but I truly believed you would probably have something interesting to talk about. All I hear is a bunch of whining about something that you could fix if you weren’t too busy seeking attention.
