Wow you are all awesome!!! I am so excited to have this many wonderful people take an interest in cooking. It is easy to eat out, stop at a drive thru or order pizza. Eating out almost always is unhealthy processed food and expensive.

I am not one of the professional food bloggers. I take all of my pictures with my iPad. Although I try to make my pictures look halfway decent they don’t compare to the big time bloggers pictures. So thank you for all of your support with my hobby, for all of your nice comments and for all of your likes. But more importantly, thank you for getting back to cooking at home and encouraging me to continue doing what I love to do.

  11. YES YES YES !!! Cooking at home is awesome! Spend a little time learning what tastes good, and you will NEVER want to eat out arbitrarily again. Restaurants just can’t compare! ;-> They have their place for social reasons, but using them for ongoing sustenance is really just not necessary !!! Homemade is so much better in every way I can think of!!!

    • I will be blogging for 3 years in February. But remember, I have posted almost every day since I started and my topic is food…..we all have to eat. I also post on social media which brings in followers.

  18. D…you’re as professional as you need to be. The last 2 “big” blogs I contributed to had 1 to 5 million hits a week. Neither was as much fun as my little “personal” blog. One of them came close…because it was managed by a talented, creative talent. He was gobbled up by the FINANCIAL TIMES…which is OK because that’s always where he was headed.

    As long as what you’re producing fills your interests and fits time allotted – keep on keeping on. You deserve the praise and following.

    • That was one of the nicest comments ever! I do love my blog but I wish I could figure out how to make more than .50 a day with it…lol I have learned so much in almost 3 years since starting my blog. I make enough that it pays for the cost of the site so I can’t complain.
