    • I know I was so mad I forgot to put it on. I have an unopened half gallon I bought just for this! I was so excited at how good this turned out I totally forgot the ice cream.🤦‍♀️

  1. Say What… Left work after only a couple of hours because a cold has decided to take up residence. Now I feel I have to go back. You made me forget how crappy I feel. Wait…. I’m good. Feel crappy again. Rectangle Apple Pie. Pizza sounds so much better.😀

  2. Ice cream wouldn’t be optional for me! I love adding it to desserts. Your recipe sounds wonderful even without the ice cream, though. It looks like a great fall dessert.

  3. Yum Diane! This looks wonderful. It’s funny – I can almost smell the goodness through the screen 😀 I bet this fills the whole home with an irresistible aroma, doesn’t it?

All my best to you friend! ♥

  4. This looks SO good. And so easy. I will need to print and save this one for the next time I need a dessert for a group (whenever that is–sigh). Thank you, Diane!

  5. Looks great. I was thinking I could just put one pie crust in a pie pan and then cut the ingredients in half, too. I’d add pecans to the topping, too. Thanks for the recipe.
