Ground beef and onion seasoned then placed in a pie pan, covered in cheese with a baking mix that is poured on top and baked in the oven. Add the optional ketchup or mustard on the side just like when you eat a cheeseburger. I am not a huge fan of ground beef but I’m telling you this was excellent!!!!

    • I love corned beef and I just ate a Reuben sandwich on Saturday. I would definitely give it a try but I would use swiss cheese. I personally would add sauerkraut too…lol Guess what my favorite sandwich is..hahahaha Anyhow, all I can say is give it a try. I have never had anything made with corned beef taste bad.

  1. This was yum. It was so quick and easy and delicious. I wanted something tasty as I have been off colour for a few days and not done done anything much at all. I froze it in slices and hopefully will taste just as good another day.
    Keep them coming

  2. I am now coming to the point of seriously wondering if you have published a recipe here that I do not want to scale down (I live alone) and try when I get back home again! This looks great.

    • Awesome!!!! So glad you thought it was as tasty as we did. Thank you for letting me know! I took a class on casseroles so I will be posting some more one dish/pot meals that turned out pretty darn good.

  5. I know that Bisquick probably isn’t as healthy as making things from scratch but it sure lends itself to some fun creations!
