My wife asked me to mention that she makes her own peanut butter fudge just by pouring off too much of the oil from the top of the jar.

That looks good. My mom use to make fudge. I know it had peanut butter, cocoa, sugar and milk in it but that’s about it. My mom and Grandma died and took the recipe with them. That stuff was so good and even better the next day.
I print off every recipe I post and I will leave them for my family. It is so sad you didn’t get her recipe. Food brings back so many wonderful memories. Thank you Mike!
she probably did leave recipe’s, in fact I know she had a book she kept everything in. When my dad remarried everything I knew of as a child was thrown away.

I made this a little while ago. It’s in the refrigerator hardening up. I live in Texas and humidity is a factor. I did cut two small pieces to try it a few minutes ago and it was wonderful! I introduced my hubby to the utter deliciousness of peanut butter fudge while on vacation a few years ago. Thank you for this wonderful recipe!
