Pumpkin Bread
What a great bread for the holidays that any level of cook can make. There is no kneading this Pumpkin Bread and this recipe is as easy as it gets! It is a delicious and moist recipe that you mix with a spatula or whisk. I adapted this recipe from a Taste of Homes magazine recipe back in the 1990’s.

That would easily translate to a vegan recipe. However, it’s way to early for anything Pumpkin here as we’re still enjoying summer.
It sure would Sheree. Our farm stands just started putting out their pumpkins.

Love pumpkin bread – used to like warmed up too.
Warm is the best!!! It tastes more like a dessert to me.
I know 🙂 My mom used to make warm banana bread on the weekend sometimes and we’d make a lunch out of it, slathering it with peanut butter … yum. I’ve not had banana bread in years. I used to love that treat.
I love making pumpkin bread. I actually use pie pumpkins and cook and puree my own, then freeze it. I also put chocolate chips in mine for a bit of a different taste.
I bet it is wonderful with the chocolate chips, great idea!
Awesome!
