    • It wasn’t like cooked cheese. I personally couldn’t tell it was a cheese crust with all the goodies I put on top. It is thin. The longer you cook it the crunchier it would be. I could have cooked mine more for more of a crunch but I don’t care for a crunchy crust so I didn’t brown it completely. It’s hard to explain but it is not like the flour crust either. It was a very good pizza and I will be making it again.

  1. Sounds better than sliced bread. Will give it a test. Just made my real chocolate deep cream and jam sponge cake adding half spoon of fine ground beans of coffee to add a level of class and Ill cover over with lemon and chocolate to ice the whole cake. Raining cats and dogs thankfully as we need it after 102f every day for six weeks

    • You keep making cake like that and telling me about it I am going to insist you send me a piece! lol Your weather is awful, I hope it gets better soon. We were in the low 70’s today, a beautiful day so I weeded a flower bed and transplanted mums. Having new steps installed and I didn’t want him stepping on them and killing them so I moved them.

    • I needed to cook mine a few minutes more. As you see in the picture I didn’t get the top of the crust completely brown. If I had, it would have been crispier. However, we were still able to pick it up to eat it. It was so good that we will be making this again.

  2. This sounds so good! I think I can work it into the Mayo Clinic Diet if I divide it into 8 servings if I use lean ground beef in place of the pepperoni and sausage. Definitely going to give it a try, Diane.

  3. This sounds like an unusual and interesting way to make a pizza crust. I always enjoy the combination of eggs, cheese, and tomatoes, so I’m sure I’d find this pizza very tasty.

    • I haven’t but I heard they are very good. My husband does not like cauliflower so I have stayed away from it. My daughter loves it as a crust but lives on her own. I need to go to her house to try it…lol

  4. What a brilliantly inventive idea. A pizza without dough, I would not have believed such a thing possible but, then again, what do I know?
