Smoked Veggie Dip

This is the 3rd dip recipe I am sharing from the dry dip packets we use to sell. This has a smoked flavor due to the smoked paprika but feel free to use regular paprika if you don’t like a smoked flavor.

Ingredients

In a small bowl stir together the sour

cream and lemon juice until creamy.

Combine the remaining ingredients.

Stir them into the sour cream, mixing well.

Refrigerate, covered, for a few hours

or overnight then serve with veggies.

 

Smoked Veggie Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. dried chopped chives
  • 1 tsp dry dill weed
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions

  1. In a small bowl stir together the sour cream and lemon juice until creamy.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients. Add them to the sour cream and stir until completely combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Serve cold with veggies.

  1. I just made some potato salad yesterday afternoon, and I’ll bet that a few spoonfuls of this would have been great in there – or on a baked potato! Or thin it down a bit with buttermilk – et voilá – a delicious salad dressing. Very versatile recipe. ;->
