A one pan meal of Smoked Sausage & Vegetables in a seasoned tomato sauce. You can add red pepper too but I don’t like it so I left it out. Serve this with cooked rice and you have a complete meal.

    • Thank you John! BTW you mentioned in one of your posts you always wanted to learn piano. I don’t think I ever mentioned it but my mom has been a piano teacher for over 50 years. Yes I have a piano in my home and no I don’t play it. Maybe someday I will get back to it. Hint: Middle C is in the middle…hahaha

  1. Looks amazing. Will make in the fall once I have time and not burning my candle at both ends. Thank-you for my first EVER like. 2. Good recipe shall use. Here smoked all meats can be bought. Whole strings of some 20 big think link heavy smoked deer meat sausage I bought last month was lovely and would have done so well in this dish you tell us of. All bqs here have smoker cabinets on them so three chickens ,fish and sausage can be smoked from the bq and you can cook while its done. Smoke from oak wood chippings and then firelogs burn to charcoal and smoke the meat over an hour before fire is ready to cook on pork burgers and beef steak and bacon. I want to weld up a larger unit next week as dont need such a big smoker but do need a larger charcoal bed

  3. Yum! We make smoked sausage sheet pans all the time. Never thought to use tomato sauce though. Def gonna try this!! Looks yummy!!
