Grilled Vegetables & Bacon Packet
Now that our garden is full of produce I thought I would repost this easy and delicious Grilled Vegetables & Bacon Packet recipe that my husband makes. All that flavor is sealed inside the foil packet with a mixture of tender potatoes and vegetables to complete any meal.

I used cooked crisp bacon when I add it to the packet before cooking on the grill.

Ah…Mr LBD would eat the bacon and move the rest around on the plate! He is so bad about veggies. Me on the other hand wish I had packets in the ref to eat daily. Maybe I will!
