Diane I make this all the time, always to rave reviews. We knew it as no-bake cheesecake back in the 80’s – I think the recipe came from the Philly Cream Cheese company then, and we used to have it at Easter as dessert. It’s easy and quick and I find best made the day ahead to let it set well.

Because it is a canned fruit topping I like any of fruit toppings. Just by changing the topping is like an entirely different pie!

Us too! I actually bought a cherry tree years ago and it was suppose to be a dwarf sweet cherry tree. It is gigantic now, flowers beautifully in the spring but no cherries! I think they sent me the wrong tree. 🤣😂🤣😂
