It sounds quite easy, never really tried ranch dressing with potatoes- will try this out.
This was my first time as well. Everyone loved them.
I’ve made something like this before but only with the ranch seasoning and olive oil, not with the additional seasonings and Parmesan…will be changing that immediately. Thanks for that idea, can’t wait to try it!!
Yes the Parmesan added so much flavor and everyone loved them. You’re welcome!

They really were! Grandkids loved them….of course!
Good deal! (I don’t get that, having never had kids – they like potatoes, but they want Taco Bell over your tacos. Good thing I never had kids or grandkids – I never had any siblings so I’ve never been around children.)
I stopped trying to figure them out! 😂🤣😂
Oh YUM! I love ranch anything- these look excellent!!!

These look so yummy. I will have to wait until I go to the US as we can’t buy the Hidden Valley Ranch powder here in Canada.
Thank You! You can use any brand. Do you have a different brand there?
I have never seen one, but I will need to look closer.
This recipe looks delicious! Adding potatoes to my shopping list now… 😋
