I have experimented with so many Meatball recipes and this is another one that I really love. They were so delicious that I was eating the leftovers cold from the refrigerator the next day.

It’s been so long since I’ve had meatballs! I feel like I need to make some now!
They freeze really well so it’s nice to pop a few out of the freezer when you need them.

I used to use Worcester sauce in lots of things but haven’t had it in the cupboard for years now. I don’t know why. I’ll have to get some again to make these.
I tried so many recipes for years and I just didn’t find one I liked but this one was fantastic!

That looks yummy I say as I gaze at the screen late on Good Friday … it sure does look delicious (more delicious than my dinner) and I, like you, can certainly imagine eating them cold the next day right from the fridge (or on a sandwich).
