Blueberry Lemon Quick Bread
This was the best blueberry bread I have ever made! I will definitely be making this again. No kneading or rising involved. I grow my own blueberries and used them for this recipe but store bought will work just as well. This bread was moist, it had a great blueberry and lemon flavor and topped with just the right amount of icing!

I’m quite fond of blueberries stirred into lemon yogurt, which makes this one a keeper.

Oh Yummy!!! I have some blueberries that I picked up at the store just yesterday. They aren’t as good as we get from the farmer’s market but they looked yummy. Apparently I knew that you were going to post this recipe. I’ll make this for our guests tomorrow!! Thanks Diane!

Just wait til all the blueberries fill the bushes – hopefully the squirrels and birds don’t find them first!

It definitely is! If you ever need to make icing, add only lemon juice to the powdered sugar until you get the consistency you want….amazing!
