Chicken Stir Fry & Ramen Noodles
I made this simple and delicious Chicken Stir Fry & Ramen Noodles with my leftover chicken. I didn’t want to use all of the usual vegetables and I wanted to use Ramen Noodles with a homemade sauce. This was very filling and a great combination of flavors.
Ingredients
In a small bowl add the soy sauce,
corn starch, ketchup, brown sugar
and Sriracha sauce & set aside.
Whisk until combined.
Place the oil into a wok or large non stick
frying pan over medium heat. Stir in the
garlic and ginger and sauté for 1 minute.
Add the broccoli and toss to coat.
Strain the broth into a measuring cup from
the prepared Ramen Noodles. Add more
chicken broth or water to equal 1 cup of
broth. Add the 1 cup of chicken broth to
the broccoli and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the chicken and the sauce then stir.
Add half of the green onions.
Stir and cook until the sauce is thick.
Add the Ramen Noodles and toss.
Continue to cook until the noodles are hot.
Place on a serving plate, garnish with
the rest of the green onions and serve.

This would be a perfect dinner for me ! looks awesome 🙂
Thanks it was very low calorie too which I love!
Yummmmm!!
Thank you Laura!
Would you believe that I have never eaten ramen noodles? I feel like everyone else in the world has, but somehow the experience just passed me by. I keep thinking I should try them sometime, just so I can say I have. Lol
I think the reason is it is so quick & easy to make, tastes good and it’s cheap! I’m a sucker for pasta anyway…lol
The Pioneer Woman was making Ramen noodle pho last weekend! Interesting!
I have never made Pho and it is on my bucket list! Now I know where to find a good recipe…Thanks!
I’m a pho’natic!
I have never tried it! Every time I go to our local restaurant that sells it I order the same thing, a seafood stir fry. We don’t eat out much…obviously!
If you like brothy soup, you’ll love it. I tend to like the beef best but chicken or seafood is awesome too!
Hi Diane, looks yummy, I love noodles, I have left over roast lamb and I’m sick of making curries, any ideas? xx
Hi Lilly! I honestly have never cooked with lamb. I have tried it fixed so many ways in restaurants and I just don’t care for it. So sorry!
No worries Diane, quite a lot of people don’t like it xx
Ramen takes me right back to my “college days”! Simple, inexpensive, satisfying ingredients you already have on hand. A timeless classic even a young college student can master! Thanks for sharing. 🙂
You’re welcome! I am so glad I’m not the only one that loves Ramen Noodles! We buy them buy the case because that’s what my granddaughter eats for every lunch when she is here…lol
Sweet. I bet she looks forward to visiting with grandma knowing there is good eats.
Sometimes I think they want to come just for the food!🤣😂🤣😂
Ha! And they will grow up with happy memories of good smells, full bellies and green eggs and ham🥰
My granddaughter pretends she on You Tube and records herself talking. She always ends with “My Grandma is famous check out her blog at In Diane’s Kitchen”. She is hilarious! I tell her I’m not famous and she says look at all the food you make! So I hope they grow up with happy memories. Have a great day!
A great way to use up leftover chicken. The sauce looks really tasty – must try 😊

Thanks Sue! I lay in bed and come up with this stuff…hahaha
I knew it! Lol!! Either you lay in bed coming up with this stuff – or else you have a comfy couch and someone to bring you adult-beverages and treats while you come up with this stuff! 😉 Good job however it comes into being!!
😂🤣😂🤣
Your family gets quite a variety of meals!
When I make the ones my husband goes crazy over his famous words are “I’ll never see that one again”….hahaha I just keep making new things so I can put them on my blog.
