Caramel Sauce

Who knew you can make this easy Caramel Sauce just by boiling water? I have wanted to try this method for years but I never thought it would work. Let me be the first to tell you……it really does work and it’s delicious!

      • I was so paranoid of the same thing. But it is only cooking at a simmer and they had to pressure cook it to seal and it didn’t explode. It worked perfectly. Give it a try Jo it tasted so good!

      • I think I will – it does sound delicious. I think it would be perfect as a sauce for some real Devon ice-cream! (Devon is a county in the south of the UK famous for lovely dairy products.)
