  1. This looks like it would be moist and very good Diane. Poking holes in it – good idea. A girl at work always brought “poke cake” whenever we had staff luncheons for baby showers, going-away lunches, etc. It was white cake and she poured jello into the holes … voila … multi-colored cake. 🙂

    I cannot make this recipe as I would inhale it as soon as it was out of the oven and cooled down enough not to scald my tongue (maybe) 🙂

  3. I love anything lemon…and I have made this a lot over the years. It is easy and so delicious. It is very easy to make and so yummy a double winner for me.

  4. Now that is some serious yum. One of my favorite things is crepes with lemon juice and powdered sugar (I don’t make them, we have a shop that makes like 30 different crepes, sweet and savory!). As long as there is some sweetness to offset the tart, I’m all in!
