This looks like it would be moist and very good Diane. Poking holes in it – good idea. A girl at work always brought “poke cake” whenever we had staff luncheons for baby showers, going-away lunches, etc. It was white cake and she poured jello into the holes … voila … multi-colored cake. 🙂
Oh yes that poke cake is very popular in my town too. I personally have never been crazy about it. I have never been a fan of Jello…lol Thanks Linda!

Now that is some serious yum. One of my favorite things is crepes with lemon juice and powdered sugar (I don’t make them, we have a shop that makes like 30 different crepes, sweet and savory!). As long as there is some sweetness to offset the tart, I’m all in!
