Today I am lucky enough to have all of my grandchildren visit. All kids seem to love peanut butter, chocolate and of course ice cream. This is not ice cream, but it is frozen making it taste like ice cream. I topped this pie with my homemade Hot Fudge recipe which if you click the link below you will see.

  2. Beaut recipe, Diane and I’d love to try it but we don’t have that last ingredient here in Australia- the creamwhip? I will have to work out what it is and find a substitute!! Thank you for sharing! Donna 🧚🏻‍♀️❤️❤️🙏 donnadoesdresses.com

    • Thanks Donna! Try making it with whipped heavy whipping cream instead. You will need to add sugar to it though. Can you buy any premade whipped and sweetened topping there?

      • Do you have the “liquid” heavy whipping cream that you beat with mixer and it turns into whipped cream then you add sugar to make it sweet? The Cool Whip I used is a thicker whipped topping that doesn’t really break down like real whipping cream would but I think the real whipping cream would work.

      • Great I would appreciate it in case anybody else wants to know. I really think it will work but may be a slightly different consistency than mine. You will need 1 & 1/2 cups of liquid whipping cream and add sugar to sweeten.
