Baked Elephant Ears
The grandkids are here for the weekend and they just made their own delicious Elephant Ear for a snack. These taste similar to the Elephant Ears you buy at the festivals that are fried only these are baked, crispy and have so many less calories but with the same great taste. The best part is that there are only four ingredients, prepared in a couple of minutes and bake in about 13 minutes!

How can you go wrong with this? My wife makes a lot of Indian fry bread, and I think this is what I’m looking for.
You lucky fellow! Fry bread is amazing!!
What’s really amazing is I lost 70 pounds this past year in spite of my wife’s incredible onslaught of great food. But, with teenagers in the house it all eventually gets eaten if I don’t.
Congratulations!!!! What an accomplishment and you must be so proud and feel so much better. I am on that same journey right now. No teenagers anymore but I have the grandkids a lot.
I feel way better. My feet especially! I sort of miss the naps but don’t need them. Quit snoring g and waking up all night too. Thanks and good luck. I just didn’t want to be visiting the doc every week in my old age.
I can relate to that….lol
I think my nieces would love this! We’ll have to try it the next time they come over.
My grandkids always split one. I break it into pieces and they love it! They love making them too.
Absolutely wonderful fish, I should try it!
Thanks if you love cinnamon you will love this one!
Absolutely, you Blog always inspiring me, thanks a lot! ❤️✨
Aw thank you for that kind comment!
I love elephant ears, and these are great because they’re healthier! 🙂
They are so tasty too! The only difference is
these are crispy unlike the fried dough. Missing all that oil too!
I’d like have some right about now…
That’s what I like about these, they are so quick to make!
I love these! Especially with a drizzle of icing 😊💗
Ohhhhhh I never had them that way! Thank you!!!
Yum! What a great idea!
Thank you Renee!
wow , I had never heard of this before .This sounds fascinating!
Thank you it is really delicious and super easy!
I see the grandchildren having their own blog site down the road – just sayin’.
HAhaha my granddaughter already has a fake You Tube channel. She does videos on her IPad just like the popular young You Tubers. Before she signs off she gives my blog a plug by saying “Check out my famous grandma’s blog In Diane’s Kitchen”.😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣 She cracks me up!
Oh that is funny Diane – I’ve never even used an IPad or any tablet, not even a Kindle and I only recently set up a Google account for the sole purpose of taking videos while out taking pictures and then using them in my blog (if they turn out). (Have to learn how to use the big camera better first.) These kids are way ahead of us … I like that she promotes your blog!
My husband gets the biggest kick out of her because she really believes I’m famous…..Oh to be 7 yeas old again!
Ha ha – next thing you know she’ll be handing you copies of printouts of your recipes and having you autograph them to make a few $$. 🙂
Oh my goodness! Don’t give her any ideas!
She is probably already harboring those thoughts … it is too late!
Oh my gosh, how interesting lol. It does look like an elephant ear!
Doesn’t it! It tastes amazing too! Thanks!
I’ll have to try making it sometime! I wonder how well it would turn out… lol
Excellent because they are super easy!
Awesome! It really looks like an elephant’s ear. 🙂
Isn’t that crazy! Thank you!
Some of my fave growing up!!! 😭 lol
