What a great family meal you will have when you bake this delicious Oven Roasted Chicken. I wanted to bottle up the amazing aroma in our house while this was baking. This was easy to prepare, so moist and the flavor was fantastic!

Unfortunately they die off in the winter. I cut all I can and dehydrate them so I can use them all winter long.

You’re right about how easy it is! I roast a chicken at least once a month this time of year, then use the carcass for stock. Delish!
