I love to try different types of food and these two have been two of my favorite “different” food recipes. They aren’t for everyone, but don’t say yuck until you actually taste them. • I wish I could remember. We would arrive after church to the sound of the pressure cooker and moments later she would be draining the noodles from another pot, then melting butter in that pot as the noodles drained. Something flourish or cornstarch-ish was sprinkled in the sizzling butter, then liquid from the now opened pressure cooker, as well as a hearty splash of milk.

  1. The one that even foreigners like to eat is the Korean blood sausages. Sounds gross, but I’m surprised how there’s a South American dish similar.

And stir-fried intestines is another one that’s pretty good.

The one body part I can’t get myself to try is the beef tongue. Comes in the can. Oy! 😕
