This recipe tastes just like Subways White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies. It is another favorite Christmas cookie of mine. This is a wonderful combination of Macadamia Nuts and White Chocolate combined with a delicious cookie.

Walnuts would work well but really any one of your favorite nuts would work.

I’m such a cookie monster! Even though I’m not the biggest fan of macadamia nuts or white chocolate (it’s milk/dark chocolate for me or bust), I’d probably still eat these!
