Rosemary Roasted Potatoes
With the holidays fast approaching I thought I would repost this delicious potato recipe. It is perfect for entertaining and tastes fabulous. My family absolutely loves these Rosemary Roasted Potatoes! They are so simple to make and they make a great addition to any meal. If you don’t care for rosemary, add your favorite herbs and cook them the same way.

Use a really good EV olive oil. Your taste rules. Our home favorite is from Sicily via Trader Joe.

I think I want to come live in your house! I’m not a good cook, so I don’t get much home-made foods-it’s only me, and the tremors in my hands make it difficult to cook sometimes. But, I do print your recipes for days when I can actually stand and cook!
Aw I would definitely have you! I’m glad you get some days that you can cook! On those days you should cook a couple meals and freeze them for your bad days. 🥰

Thank you! Rosemary is one of my favorite herbs. I even grow it in my garden in the summer and then dehydrate to use all year long.
