Hearty Beef Bourguignonne
Do not let the name stop you from making this fabulous meal! I could not believe how easy and delicious this was. Made with steak, bacon, garden spaghetti sauce with added carrots and onions made this as hearty as the name says. Add wine or if you don’t care for wine in your food like me, just add beef broth instead. This can be made with noodles or rice. It is amazing!

Lol thank you Rue! I seriously can’t wait to make it again! It was that good.
Thank you Diane, I have saved this. I will never be able to pronounce the name of the dish though

🥰
Oh no, a question mark!!
It was just an expression of happiness for the usual support. I hope I clarified
Lol you are always kind.
😊🙏
My wife Nell makes a stewish version of this. But adding the sauce and serving over those hearty egg noodles takes it to a different level. Like beef stroganoff meets fettuccine bolognese.
I love they way you described this! Those hearty noodles are from the Amish!
Nice
Thanks Dan!
Very fancy to go with those pretty cookies you’ve been showing us.
You are so sweet!!!
And desserts as well!
Thanks Linda!
More of a ragu or bolognese although I like the ides of it on pasta
The sauce really stuck to the Amish noodles. Thanks for commenting Greg!

Thank you Javy Dreamer!
Ooo I am drooling over here, Diane! Yum!
Sweet hands of D lol is this a German dish? It looks really good, but sadly I don’t eat bacon again, so if prepping might just use veggies with beef.
I believe it is French. It will be fine without bacon just not as much flavor but the veggies will make up for that. Thanks Tammy!
Ohhh okay I knew it was an European dish. 🙂 yip definitely. Most welcome.
This looks and sounds fancy, but I like that it’s easy to make! Thanks, Diane!
Thank you, Kelleye, I usually prefer a white sauce, but this was amazing.
Sounds delicious and easy!
