Crispy Ranch Breadsticks

If you love ranch dressing and pizza crust, give these a try! Only four ingredients in these delicious Crispy Ranch Breadsticks. They look fancy but all I did is twist the dough before baking. Very easy and nice to use for entertaining or to just eat with your family.

Ingredients

Cut parchment paper to fit two baking sheets

or spray the baking sheets with cooking oil.

In a small bowl combine sour

cream and dry Ranch Dressing.

Lightly flour a flat surface.

Take the pizza dough out of the can

(or your homemade dough)

and place dough on the floured surface.

Unroll the dough and shape to a width of 10”.

Roll the dough to a length of 16” long.

Brush the top of the dough

with the melted butter.

Place small spoonfuls of the

ranch mixture on the dough.

Spread the ranch mixture

over the buttered dough.

Cut 16 pieces of the dough

1” wide and 10” long.

Twist each piece of dough in opposite

directions and place on the parchment

paper keeping them 1/2” apart.

Bake in a preheated 400 degree

oven for about 13 minutes or until

golden brown. Serve immediately

or place them on a cooling rack.

I cut mine in half and stored

them in an air tight bread bag.

 

Crispy Ranch Breadsticks

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp dry Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning mix
  • 2 Tbsp sour cream
  • 13.8 oz can refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade)
  • 3 Tbsp butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place parchment paper (or cooking oil) on two baking sheets.
  3. In a small bowl combine the sour cream and dry ranch mix, set aside.
  4. Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured work surface.
  5. Shape the dough into a 16″ x 10″ rectangle.
  6. Brush with the melted butter.
  7. Spread the ranch mixture evenly on the dough.
  8. Cut into 16 – 1″ wide strips. Twist each end of the strips in opposite directions and place on the baking sheet 1/2″ apart.
  9. Bake for about 13 minutes or until they are a golden brown.
  10. Serve immediately or cool on a cooling rack. Store in an airtight container.

  1. What an easy way to get “crispy”! I make bread a lot, so could easily designate a batch to these luscious sticks. Soup seems to be prevalent this time of year – so what am I waiting for? ;->

  2. That sounds ever so good to me.Only thing ,again,is no ranch dry powder out side Of Texas comes to Europe.Leaving such out will still try as should still taste good dont you think dear you?
