Easy, quick, moist, tender and delicious Pan Pork Chops! There are very few Pork Chops recipes that I have loved. I don’t really like white meat but this……OH MY GOSH! There are so many flavors and what a great combination! My husband ALWAYS pours ketchup over his Pork Chops but not with this one! I cut this recipe out of a magazine over 15 years ago.

I ran out of room so I just put the

    • Just on one side and very, very light like a tsp on each one. They are not meant to be BBQ pork chops it’s just the flavor of the sauce really adds a lot of flavor to the pork chops. Seriously, my husband never eats pork chops without being smothered in ketchup and he went crazy over these and he said they were so good he didn’t need anything added to them. He also said I better make them this way again…hahahaha

    • I didn’t even use bread. I ate the last two cold with my fingers for lunch…hahahaha I had to apologize to my husband because I told him he could have them. I took one look at them and couldn’t help myself….oops!

      • That’s funny – hey, I would be guilty with that too. I love next-day cold meat sandwiches – meatloaf and pork chop and even meatball sandwiches … and why waste time heating them up? Enjoy as is!

  1. I love this!!! I’m one of THOSE millennials who is just starting to cook more at home. Thanks for sharing the Step-By-Step process. Pork is something I stray away from, because I don’t know if I’ve fully cooked it all the way. BUT this is a game changer! Thank you, following for your delicious meals!
